Brought up in the tumbling hills of the Yorkshire Dales and now raising a young family in far-flung Australia, Melanie has spent the last 15 years in the creative industry as a communication consultant and writer.
Previously editor of a UK magazine prior to moving to Australia, Melanie has had many features and articles published. She now works for global brand clients as well as avidly pursuing her own creative writing.
Melanie's sharp wit and playful imagination combines to create a captivating debut romantic comedy novel 'Suddenly Psychic' which sees her vibrant heroine journey unwittingly into the paranormal and back to the bounds of reality again. Alongside her debut novel, Melanie has also written short stories and children's works and enjoys art and composing music.
